Midweek Healthy Eats: Snacks

One thing I have always struggled with is "grazing"... or better known as those odd moments when you could go for little something to eat, but not hungry enough for a full meal. Snack time! Sure you could have carrot sticks or broccoli spears, but sometimes you want a little something 'different' that is still healthy and satisfying.

So today, I'm going to share some yummy little snacks with you. Check it out...

I know what you are thinking. "Kale? Um no." But I promise, you will be surprised by how delish this is, and chocked full of nutrients. You can't beat this snack! It is super easy to make too, just chop the kale up, sprinkle with salt and olive oil and bake until crispy. You won't be sorry!

This is a great snack you can make ahead of time and pre-pack in little baggies to be snack ready!

Fruit salad

This one is super easy and simple. Just cut up whatever fruit you enjoy and pack it in individual bowls and you've got a healthy filling snack ready to go.

I hope you enjoy these yummy snacks!
